My appointment is cancelled
You have received a text message informing you that your appointment at the surgery has been cancelled. Here is the reason why and what happens next.
In an attempt to limit the spread of the COVID-19 virus (coronavirus) and following public health and Government guidance , we are now restricting face to face appointments in the surgery.
If you have a concern about your health, not related to COVID-19, please phone the surgery and you will be advised accordingly.
We are doing this in an effort to reduce the number of patients travelling to and from the surgery and entering the building, thereby, reducing the risk of contagion.
We would urge you to order your regular, medication on-line. Please request this via telephone.
If you are a dispensing patient we will deliver your medication to you.
If you are a chemist patient we will deliver your prescription to the chemist in Spilsby.
