Our Administration Team – Di, Jackie, Victoria, Val and Rachael – are very good at what they do, making sure that information about you and your healthcare flows efficiently in and out of the practice. However they’re finding more and more of their time is being taken up doing other people’s jobs – work that is the responsibility of our hospitals and our patients.
Questions about your hospital care are best dealt with by your consultant’s secretary or department. If you’ve a query about medicines they started, tests they requested, a letter they wrote or an appointment they planned please contact them. If you’ve seen them about a condition that prevents you from working, it’s their responsibility to issue a Statement of Fitness for Work (a sick note).
