These appointments MUST be booked in advance as the surgery building will not be open to the public and telephone access will not be available during these times.  The appointments are available as follows:

Tuesdays – 18:00 to 20:00 (inclusive)
or
Wednesdays – 18:30  to 20:00 (inclusive)
or
Saturdays – 08:00 to 09:30 (inclusive)
or
Saturdays – 08:30 to 10:00 (inclusive)

When we are closed

Spilsby patients who have urgent medical problems that will not wait until normal working hours, should ring 111 between the hours of 6.30pm and 8.00am during the week and at weekends from 6.30pm on Friday to 8.00am on the Monday.

This number will connect you to the 111 Service, who will take your details, ie name, address, telephone number etc and details of your medical problem.

The 111 Service will contact the the most appropriate healthcare professional who will call you back to discuss your problem and, after taking a full history, will either:

1. Give advice over the phone
2. Ask to assess the patient at the GP base
3. Visit the patient at home
4. Admit the patient directly to hospital via 999 ambulance

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
